      BOUGHT A VEHICLE ON 07/19/2021 AND ON SEPTEMBER 3TH 2021, SOMEONE REAR ENDED ME, AND THEN I TRUSTED ON BURNS MOTORS TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE, BECAUSE "BURNS MOTORS" SOLD ME THE CAR,MISTAKE, THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE "BURNS MOTORS" BODYSHOP AROUND 7 MONTHS AND 15 DAYS APPROX. WHEN THEY SAID VEHICLE IT IS READY I SAW THE VEHICLE SAME DAY IN MY HOUSE WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DAMAGED, THE WORST PART IS THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER FIXED OR ALIGNED PROPERLY, SAME DAY I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO *** **** AND STATED IT CAN NOT BE ALIGNED. I RETURNED THE VEHICLE FOR THAT REASON TO "BURNS MOTORS BODYSHOP", THEN THEY SENT THE VEHICLE TO AN EXTERNAL COMPANY "DD WHEEL ALIGNING "FOR SAME REASON AND EXTERNAL COMPANY SAID THE SAME THING, NOT ALIGNED, THEN "BURNS MOTORS" DECLARED THE VEHICLE A TOTAL LOSS AND THEY CONTACTED ***** **** TO TOTAL LOSS ****** **** WAS THE DRIVER'S INSURANCE COMPANY THAT HIT ME). ***** **** CONTACTED ME TO LET ME KNOW THEY WILL NOT COVER TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY PAID AROUND 25K to BURNS MOTORS FOR REPAIRS ALREADY, AND HAVE NO MORE COVERAGE TO TO PAY TO THE FINANCIAL COMPANY AND I HAD TO USE MY INSURANCE COMPANY "GEICO" SO I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND EXPLAIN IT TO THEM, BUT BEFORE GEICO REVIEWED THE VEHICLE TO SEE IF WILL BE TOTALED "BURNS MOTORS" AGAIN SENT THE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER EXTERNAL COMPANY ** **** ********* TO ALIGN THE VEHICLE AND THIS COMPANY ALIGNED THE VEHICLE WITH CAMBER BOLTS AND ON THE INVOICE IT STATES "SUBFRAME IS DAMAGED". THEY MODIFIED THE VEHICLE) THEN ***** REVIEWED THE VEHICLE AND SENT IT TO THEIR BODYSHOP ****** *********** AND SAID WE WOULD NOT TOTALED THE VEHICLE , REPAIRS ARE NOT CORRECT. IN ****** CAR SHOWS MINOR DAMAGED! TO SUM EVERYTHING UP BURNS MOTORS DID NOT WANT TO FIX IT AGAIN THE RIGHT WAY AND WANTED TO GIVE ME THE CAR AS IS, AFTER THEY DAMAGED IT INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY AND DID NOT REPAIR IT CORRECTLY. I HAD TO PAY, TO BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE DEBT WITH THE FINANCE COMPANY. DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
