    "Platinum has no good customer service we have been waiting for over a year for someone to call back regarding leaking windows. I have recently noticed a soft spot on our floor and I have called in to Alysha over two weeks ago with no response I finally called her cell phone and she said she was out of town doing repairs and that someone from her office was managing her calls and that someone will call me back." ...
