Terrible experience from the start. Multiple time changes on our Quote meeting. I was then told I'd get a quote the next day and got multiple mixed answers...eventually to just be ignored after a while. I guess they are too busy and don't want to take care of the little guy during this influx periord..lastly they claim military on their cards. Dont use that if you are so dishonest and lack integrity just to start. Thanks.

Yes because of all the rain I was a little busy and my youngest daughter graduating from high school . I came out Wednesday and said I would try to have a estimate the next day but the job Mr Jones has is not one of a simple nature and required reasonable foot work time for a proper estimate. Prices for building material, wood especially, raised 112% since change of office. Then trying to help people who have a leak since all the rain I dropped my phone in a muddy puddle which kinda fried it Thursday night . So until my phone dried out they could not retrieve my contact info . I got it this afternoon and I reached out to Mr Jones immediately to explain what took place. He also had forgotten to send me his email address so I could send him his estimate. Now as far as my Marine Corps experience ( did you earn the title Marine? If you did and went to handle up like We did) that would never even came up but there is Marines and then there is the rest of the good ol boys and girls lol, sorry just funning a little. My integrity being questioned over an estimate is really kind of high strung, I didn’t do it sir and I pray who ever did you find forgiveness in your heart before trying to ruin somebody’s lively hood on how they feed their family because it’s been bad weather and missed your estimate deadline by 24 hours because they was helping others ina bad situation and got their new phone ruined in the process. I still don’t have the email address so I can send the estimate. Seems like I’m not the only person that makes mistakes . If I read the stickers right on your vehicle your a firefighter, to this from my heart I want to say Thank you for your service to Gods people and I ask you for forgiveness for being tardy with your estimate which we now established I’m only 50% at fault cause without the email address I could not send it to you anyways . Also last statement I would like to say is yes sir always wind God cause He took the darkness that burned hate deep within away and now His light puts love and forgiveness in that place amen ???? God bless and If you would still like I am willing to submit the estimate and do the work but I want only for you to be comfortable if not I do know some very good and qualified contractors Recommend . I always recommend getting more then 1 estimate and think on it before just jumping out there . Don’t want you to get a fly by night individual. No hard feelings and God bless you sir.
