              This company built an addition, re-roofed and other changes to our house starting October 2019 and the work was basically completed in March 2020. There was a list of final punch items to be completed. We were assured they would completed by June 2020. In July 2020 and several times since then we have met with the owner ***** Grant, the last being March of 2021 items were not completed. Mr. Grant is not responding tp our call and texts to complete the work, which was paid for in full. We are seeking Grant Company to complete these items as promised and paid for.

              ************************* owner of grants, roofing and construction, came out and replaced the roof on my home and two of my neighbors all three of our homes, and he never repaired. The leaks filed a judgment in court, which he never honored. had to hire another contractor to come out and make repairs and stop the leaks in my home from the very first rain after the roof was replaced. Water poured through my bathroom fan and lights. I would not recommend this company as a matter of fact I wouldnt let them put a roof on my dog house.
