On 11/1/21 Mr. ****, Action Plumbing explained it would cost $5,000 to run hot water lines and $5,000 to run cold water lines to the attic. He located the hot water leak under the sink in the half bath. He left for 45 minutes to go get more flex pipe. He cut holes in the half bath, kitchen and entry walls and said he did not need to cut holes in master and hall bath walls, no explanation. I paid Mr. **** $3800.00 and ******** **** ****** paud him $1,000 for a total of $4,800. He located and fixed the leak in the half bath and ran one flex pipe in the attic, 30 feet of pipe from the hot water heater to the kitchen sink. I tried to reach by phone, on 6/13/22, left several messages, explaining what I discovered he did not run all hot water into the attic as he explained. He would not return my calls. I called today 8/ 15/22 he did answer, explained he did not misrepresent the work, if he had run flex lines to other areas it would have been three times as much. I called in ******* ******** to verify findings and they explained they would have charged half the price. Mr. **** located leak, sealed leak and run one (1) 30 ft. line from hot water heater to kitchen appears to be an over charge.
