            On April 5, 2022 my wife and I pulled into 57 Xpress lube to get an oil change. This man asked if we had been there before and walked away, this guys name is ****. Another man did the oil change and told us it was 88 dollars which is 20 dollars higher than before. When I questioned why we had not been made aware of this the man , **** got very rude and started cussing me and my wife. At which time I told him he could not do these things and he cussed even more and scared my wife, We left before I lost my temper. We were not made aware of anything or asked anything before the service was done, I wish there was other things we could do legally but this is all we know.

            The business owner coerced their employees into opening investment accounts to which the employee would be the sole contributor, but ensured they were joint accounts with the owner's wife so that she is able to liquidate them upon the employees separation, with no payout to the contributing employee. Shady business practices by shady business owners.Additionally, I've been informed they are improperly and illegally disposing of their used oil.... and some of their equipment works subpar at best. The rest do not work at all.I most certainly wouldn't trust them with the purchase of a vehicle.
