            We signed a contract 12-3-2021 and put down $9,100 deposit On 12-27-2021 gave Aqua Kingz a cashier's check for $20,000 (cashed 12-28-21) and a personal check for $20,676.57 (50% down prior to excavation). On 1-1-2021 I received a text message asking for another $15,000, we did not pay. To date Total paid is $49,776.56. I ran out of character writing the timeline of no shows. 1-13-2022 he told us her would refund out money with a cashier's check. No Cashier's check. He wrote a company check that bounced TWICE, on 1-25-2022 and again 2-1-2022. I can produce everything. A question was asked about criminal prosecution. That's on him, I turned in the check to the District Attorney in Lubbock and still nothing. It's a 3rd degree felony so if there's no resolution then there will be a criminal prosecution. If he could honor his word there would be no issuew.

            CONSUMERS BEWARE of Aqua Kingz LLC !!!You can continue to block me, I will continue to sound the siren 😡😡😡
            Aqua Kingz LLC will STEAL your money, do not let what happened to us, happen to you!! Currently, we have been ghosted for a bounced refund check of over $38K - contact Big Spring Police Dept for details, or Lubbock PD! The manager / owner is pending felony charges for theft by check! (More then 1 case!) Do your homework before giving this company an opportunity!! His word is nothing, but excuse after excuse! Make it right with us and I'll be happy to allow others know you did! Till then, I will do EVERYTHING possible to get the word out for others not to make the same mistake we did in trusting you!! My apologies to the community for not blowing the sirens sooner and allowing this to happen to others!
