    Sept 11 paid $300 ************* to ******* ******* for a deposit on a puppy. Changed my mind a few days later, was told Ill get the money back within 7-10 days nothing. The contract I signed said it would be returned minus the 10%.

    This complaint is not associated with our business that is located in Lubbock Texas.  The person mention in this complaint is not and has never been associated with our boarding kennel.  The complainant name is not and has never been a client of ours. 

    Please let us know how this can be removed and not impact our business.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I have the bill of sale from dreamlandkennels.com. Someone is clearly using their name. They have an entire website with that dog on it. I have text messages with them and that is the phone number on the website.

    We are dreamlandkennel.com (based out of lubbock) and not associated with danedreamland.com (based out of houston tx) which appears where this person got this contract from.  We have boarding and grooming services and have never sold great Dane dogs. This is clearly not our company, please look at the websites and you will see. The person who signed that contract is not associated ans has never been associated with our company.

    Please ask the complaintant to provide emails and any other correspondence as those will show they were not corresponding with us.

    Looking at the danedreamland.com website they have western union instructions on there.  Most reputable breeders don't do business like that. Just my experience.

    I have reviewed the business’ response and accept this
    resolution. Only because I did go look for the website and it has been removed so clearly someone was scamming for some cash.
