Well i went in for the promotion that they are having. which was trade in your car pay off the loan you had to help you get into a new car .And then it turns out that they would not even do the promotion with me things were false when putting in my credit application. I called all week to try and get this problem fixed. All they would do was take my name and number so someone could call me back. I never got a call back. When i did call ***** he hung up next several times. I was asked to surrender my current suv and lie to the bank just to get the new loan approved. Which i did not agree on. That would mess my credit up. I was threatened with a repo if i took the new suv back. All in all every one was very sketchy and will do anything to get a sell.I feel like i was lied to and taken advantage of. I know legally i have 30 days to back out of a car purchase and they kept telling me no. Then my brother went with me to try and fix the problem. He asked for the credit application. He was denied to see it even though i was right there with him. and legally i know that you can't put a couple on the same car note if there not married or living in the same house or at the same address. We were told its no problem. I went from not needing a cosigner to all of a sudden needing a cosigner I asked what the situation would do and how it would fix the problem never got a response.So in the end i took the new suv back and left because as a single mother. They get me almost ***** payment which i can't afford and then was told o pay on it for a couple months then refinance it.I told the sells person to in the begging that i didn't want a payment over 500 and then all this happens. And i don't know if Talking to a manager would help. I tried doing that all week and not once did manager call me back. Yesterday when i went in. I asked for a manager to talk to. And never got to speak to one.I jus don't want this situation to happen to anyone else.
