            I called to get information on either repairing an existing solarium/sunroom or replacing it with a new structure, and the gentleman I spoke to was unwilling to answer the questions I had and referred me to call a commercial glass company. While I appreciated the referral to a glass company, I called Alcoe because their website states they build sunrooms and to 'call to start planning and budgeting' your sunroom, which is what I was attempting to do. I had pictures to show and simply wanted an understanding of what a repair might look like or what building a new structure looked like. Even if they didn't repair solariums, according to their website they have sunroom contractors on-site to create one from start to finish - I would think he could give me a broad range but rather he chose to end the conversation. It's very disappointing because they're one of the only places in town to get this done and I will be sure we do not send any of our business to them during our home remodel.
