      Edge built our home in ********, when we purchased the home a few of the issues were corrected within the one year period as expected, others were not such as two west facing front windows being unable to open and were both reported to the builder during the one year warranty period and nothing has still been done with them. Also reported to the builder was that the front door is not sealed and allows water under it when it rains flooding the entry way to our home. The wall in the master bedroom is noticeably bowed out below the window that does not open. After our one year time frame I found the kitchen cabinets to be wet where they are attached to the wall, this was found to be due to no s**** plates over the upstairs drain plumbing and the cabinet installers placing screws into the main drain line to the upstairs bathroom. This caused us to have to pay out of pocket to get the plumbing fixed, I reached out to the builder and they did show up to fix this. In fixing this they again placed nails into the same drain pipe and caused more damage to the wall and cabinets, again costing us money to have a plumber to fix this. I again contacted ************* and they said they would fix this it did not happen for 4-6 months before I had to contact an attorney which later advised me that there was nothing they could do. Other issues with the home Edge built us are as follows:1. the footers of the foundation were heaving and caused sheetrock to break and doors and cabinets to not open. This cost around $15,000 to have this corrected. The roofers did not flash a few of the valleys on the roof causing rain to come into the home and again cause damage to the inside. This happened on 2-3 different locations on the roofing. There are 2-3 windows that were not sealed and also allowed water into the home again causing damage inside. There are 2 places on the outside of the home where the brick veneer is loose and if pressure is applied to it you can see the brick move.

      Edge did go back and repair the cabinets and the leaks in the drain from the cabinet guys not knowing put a s**** through it.   We did this repair even though the house was out of warranty.  The owner had the foundation repaired without us knowing so there wasnt anything we could do about that.  I was not a where of the valleys not flashed or the windows.  This had to be after the 1 year warranty was up.

      We had a home built by Edge Homes in Magnolia Estates. We are coming up on our year, and we still have items incomplete. We have asked **** to do right by us and they havent not done their part. The new homes built after us, are completed fully. And here we are still waiting. First, item they will not replace is a dead tree, they planted dead. ***************** and the liaison ******* both talked about this tree. They both said if it doesnt grow in the spring we will come back. Now no one remembers that conversation and **** themselves said they dont replace landscape. Im not asking for a replacement because of neglect on my part. Im asking them to correct what they knew to be dead. Drive down our block, everyones trees including our other in the same spot are alive and thriving, this isnt a coincidence. The landscaper ****** told me himself hes been waiting on Edge to call him to replace. Secondly, we dont have window screens on our windows. We were told they are on back order. But the houses built after us, have them. When i inquired last about this, they were in and they were going down the list to get them installed. Who is overseeing the processes. I found two in the trash and put them on myself. What a shame. Third, a nail from the framing is coming through the siding in the front. This has also been reported and no one had mentioned a thing. 5/29/2023 email sent to edge No response 6/3/2023 response attached 7/21/2023 painters painted garage Ive been respectful going to Edge, the owner has sent my email to the **** The response will be attached. I felt that instead of solving the issues, the response comes off as defending their actions. I sent a response back to them owner included asking them to make this right by the consumer, that email went unanswered or acknowledged. I feel like a burden to get things fixed on a house that was expensive to me the consumer. No response from the company.

      Im sorry but this is the first that i have seen this from the BBB.  All issue have been completed on the project as far as im aware of.
