    ZERO STARS GIVEN !!!
    Front Office BECKY is absolutely HORRIBLE calls customers nasty names, liar, unethical and verbal threats. What kind of service is this? Your company did service on my home with out my consent. Then demand payment threatening to foreclose my home.
    When asked to speak with the owner of the business, BECKY became increasingly angry over talking me yelling and calling me more nasty names!
    Asked for the owner was told there isn't one and no number to contact them at. Several times I made attempts to make arrangements and speak with owners, BECKY continued with the NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Bill was paid....and still can't get anyone other then this HORRIBLE person BECKY.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    I am sorry that the customer was unhappy. The job was approved by the live-in boyfriend, whom she acknowledged was her boyfriend. We have people who set the repair for other people every day. We confirmed the repair date and did the repair on said date. When it was time to collect we contacted the boyfriend who said he would call back with a credit card. A couple days later, he still hadn't called back. My office manager, Becky, called him on speaker (every call is on speaker) when I was there, and he then said he lost his wallet and would head to the bank and call back wit his new debit card. He did not. Becky then called Cheran, who said that she needed a few days to come up with the money. On speaker, Becky advised Cheran that per our company policy, our repairs are paid at completion and the next step would be to file a lien, not foreclose (because we do not have the power to do that). Cheran got irate and was crying and screaming, on speaker, Becky never raised her voice but was just stating our policy. When Cheran asked to speak to an owner, Becky advised her that she would have someone call her back. I, myself, called her and she did not respond. Becky has texts from her acknowledging the repair. Cheran called back and said her parents wired the money to our account. As of Wednesday Dec 8th the payment had not been made. To avoid speaking to her, Becky texted her that after researching it, it still wasn't showing paid and to please send proof of payment so that we could research it further. She did and I called my banker and he verified that the payment would go through the next day. She then texted the office that she needed a receipt emailed and mailed to her. We did that. Then she accused our company of not installing a 4th pier. Our foreman D'Angelo went to her house and spoke to her and showed her all 4 piers that were installed. She said thank you and to tell the owners that Becky caused her to lose her job. Then she called the office, and again, she was on speaker phone and screamed DON'T EVER THREATEN A POLICE OFFICER!!!! And hung up. There was never any unprofessionalism from Becky, just a customer who didn't want to pay and was asked to pay for the repair provided.
