This contractor did my elderly parents wrong! He started roof work to locate a leak in October 2021. After his work in Houston the rain came through the roof which begin to leak. After many attempts to contact him he would come and look and say it was not the work he did that caused the leak. He claimed the leak came from the chimney (which was not the work he was hired to do) He kept placing blame on the chimney but still said he fixed the leak. He only put bandaids on his work and constantly the rain would come through the ceiling which made my parents have to put a bucket to catch the leaks. My parents are in their 70s and my dad being a Vietnam Vet this contractor has showed horrible service. After he refused to fix the problem We called 2 other different companies to come out and look and give a quote for the work and both were quickly able to locate the leak which was not caused by the chimney . Do not use ****** ******* as a general contractor. After taking over thousands of dollars from my elderly parents he still has not fixed what he was hired to do. He was referred to us as a great and dependable contractor, but as you can see 1 year later he still has done my parents wrong. I hope no other family has to deal with this. Check all reviews and make sure you ask for references before hiring any contractors.
