On November 19th, 2023 I attended the Spirit, Mind and Body expo in **********, ****. This company was running a buy one get one free promotion on their $250 Tens Units if you used your FSA/HSA account. I also paid an additional $50.00 to order 2 extra belts that work with the machine. The problem is they only had 1 machine left and one of the belts left so they assured me that I could take the one machine and they would ship the other unit and 2 additional belts by the following Wednesday, November 22, 2023 and email me my tracking number. I paid $327.00 after tax. I have not received a tracking number so I left a review on the receipt they sent me on December 3rd and received a message that said "Hi Dear Customer, the Ultra just arrived Friday, tomorrow morning i will provide you with tracking number and extra accessories will be added to the shipment for the waiting. On 12/4/2023 I replied asking for the tracking number and have had no response. I called the number listed on the one machine on December 15th and reached the Epulse representative who makes the machine. I was asked to send a screen shot of the receipt in which I did and no response. On December 16th, 2023 I asked for an update and received no response. On December 18th, 2023 I asked again for an update and told them I would be making a complaint with the BBB. They replied and asked if I had received my product and I told them no. They said "The problem is Itouch Relief is a separate company from us. They just buy product from us. Do you have their number on the credit card statement. I provided them the phone number and have not received a response.
