            We feel as if we were taken advantage of and robbed. We spent $4500 to have a problem fixed and it's worse than when we brought it in. Their lack of communication drove us to be those annoying customers that call often and show ** in hopes to have an update on our vehicle. The first bill was $3500, we drove it for a weekend and were left stranded on the side of the road with our three boys. Thank God for friends because we don't have family near by to help us. We had it towed back to the shop in hopes their warranty would cover it but it did not, we spent another $1k for literally nothing. I can't drive my truck. We don't trust them to actually fix it. We can't afford to take it elsewhere now. We have to save up money to have someone look over their work. We work hard for the things that we have and when things like this happen it puts us in a rut. We're down to one vehicle after spending $4500 to have our second vehicle "fixed". Worst diesel mechanic shop in our experience.

            OH wow! As we explained to you, you came in and requested a certain repair. Yall wanted main bearings installed in your engine. When i asked why? you said CAUSE A OLDER MECHANIC TOLD YOU THATS WHAT YOU NEEDED. We pulled engine and did what you requested. When we were almost done i talked to your husband and he then told me cause it was eating engine fan belts. I then explained main bearing wouldn't cause that and i wished i had known that! We could have spent your money elsewhere. We then replaced a couple of pieces on the front of engine to see if that fixed the belt issue. you wanted your truck back before we confirmed the belt issue. So my questions is, are the main bearings we installed holding UP? is the oil pan leaking or anything else with pulling engine and installing it back in? Thanks
