            14 April, closed on Construction/Mortgage Loan Contract with H&M owned by **** ****** who had won bid on building contract for home project. Land clearing started week of 26th of April. Noticed May 1, land cleared in incorrect place for driveway and brought to attention of Mr. ******, stressing importance of following blueprints/plans (I had been out of town on vacation 23-30). 25 May, Foundation/Piers completed. At this point communication between contractor and myself quite frequent. 1 June, met & pointed out to Mr. ****** that foundation NOT foundation on blueprints (blueprints call for elevated ledge for bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and also storage, as well as slope to drain after 1 1/2 inch step down from ledge; present slab "flat", no plumbing. Mr. ****** proposed modification to slab, which original Engineer wouldn't approve-notified 16 June; now loan company, Lumber co. and I having difficulty contacting and Lumber Co paid with "rubber" check.

            I gave ********************* with H and M credit with my company since he went through a friend of mine looking for a crane service. Turns out he used 3 different companies for crane services because they kept leaving because he gave them bad forms of payment. I never received anything from him despite getting him out of a bind on New Year's Eve. **** owes my company $14,302.50 and has not paid anything. He will not answer texts or phone calls anymore. He doesn't care that everyone is filing liens against the company he was working for. He stole the money from all of us. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HIM!
