- We will refund someone's deposit in full unless theres been products ordered or we've started the project. If someone wants to cancel after the job has started or a products have been ordered we will add our overhead and profit to the product or services rendered and then refund the reaming money. We do not offer refunds on "special order" products. The customer will receive whatever products they paid for. We do not have an exchange policy as this really doesn't apply to our business.
