Just leased this apartment received a call to go over some details, instead of just informing me that there was a issue with the carpet cleaning company I needed to come at a later time, but Tina stated asked what time are you coming to get your keys I reply 1030 she states oh the earliest is 2pm, what an inconvenience as I have movers and mattress being delivered well I that's the earliest, when the issue arose I should have been notified and arrangements could have been made not last minute, she stated she will follow up and call me back, of course several hours past and no call so I called her and she stated oh well noon is the earliest, I arrive 9/24 1240 pm and she states oh he just started on the carpet, oh my I have movers on the way, so I got to the room after 30 minutes they have to place the mattress on the balcony until the carpet dries, upon entering, there are roaches every where, the bathtub looks like it has NEVER been cleaned, they stated they did a walk through, surely with blinders this is not ok, I also emailed the vp of the rental company with my concerns and a comment on his Linked In and no response whatsoever , who wants to pay $1000 a month for filth, these are old apartments and need to be updated, there was not a zero so I have to give them a 1
