Flooring Services was contracted by our builder, *****************************, for the flooring in our home. We've been trying to get them out to our house for months to finish excessive missed/poor caulking throughout our home. We finally had them scheduled on Monday, 10/30 to come out but they were unable to complete the job. The person that came out stated that our flooring was not done correctly as there were significant gaps between the flooring and walls and he was unable to caulk those areas as the flooring would need to be corrected. Their process for handling this is to have a field supervisor come out for an inspection to determine next steps. The installed called their office while at our house to request that process to be started and he informed me I should hear from the office within the next 2 days to get that scheduled. 2 days passed and I never heard from anyone, so I called their office. They explained that it takes the field supervisor a little bit of time to review the notes and contact the homeowners for schedule and to give them until the end of the week. By Friday, 11/3, I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I called back the following Monday. I explained the situation and was told I should hear something in a couple days, but never did. So I called again later in the week and asked for the issue to be escalated. They explained that the escalation would go to the field supervisors any way, and to just be patient with them and give them until the end of the week. I explained that this was my third phone call and nothing had been done and they said there wasn't anything else they could do. Because there is no direct email address, I went to their website and submitted my information in their Contact Us section explaining the details. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from anyone and its been 5 weeks since they came out now.

My wife and I bought a house through Clarity homes in June of 2021. We had a year warranty from that time. We had a problem with our carpet in our third bedroom. I called ***** ( Clarity) he stated since it was past a year that I would have to call Flooring Services and they would take care of it. When I called Flooring Services I spoke to URI/Uli and he stated it wasnt their responsibility that it was a manufacturer problem. So I called ****. They referred me back to Flooring Services stating they were the ones that had to initiate the claim and had all the paperwork and codes to do so. I have also spoken to ********* and left several messages with ************************* with absolutely no response. I want this issue fixed!!!
