    I bought a car from Lonestar Toyota in Lewisville. ***** in sales was fantastic helpful, patient, and professional. No complaints there.But the finance department ruined the experience. I was mistakenly charged Texas tax instead of Louisiana tax, and over a month after the deal was finalized, I got a call saying I owed over $1,000 due to their mistake. *** from finance pressured me to pay immediately and kept pushing for a payment arrangement.I also felt forced into a warranty I didnt want, with no time to think it over. The finance director didnt help either no accountability, just more pressure.If youre buying from out of state, double-check every tax detail and be prepared to stand your ground in finance. ***** deserves 5 stars, but the finance experience was awful.

    I live out of state, purchased a **** from this dealership and this experience has been horrible! They had agreed to fix a dent in the door before shipping, they did not. They were supposed to send my registration paperwork to the correct ***, and a month and a half later, they did not send. I told them on multiple occasions where to send the registration, and they ignored me. They finally sent the *** paperwork, but to the wrong place. This dealership did not bother reaching out to me to make sure anything was correct, and would not return my calls, emails or texts.They also claimed to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, but they shipped the Jeep to me with multiple nails in the tire. Since the tire was previously patched and has multiple nails in it, I have to purchase a new tire.Stay away from this place and all their buzz words/promises!! Since they would not return my calls or communicate, I wanted to let consumers know how they operate. At the end of the day, they have my money, taxes paid for registration and do not care that I have been unable to get tags. A simple call to me to resolve all these items from start to finish would have been great!

    We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville.Buyer beware! We went to the dealership on May 10th under the impression that they had a car on their lot that we were interested in. It turned out they bought the car at auction in ******* and it was still in *******. So we test drove a similar car and decided we could wait on the Florida car to be shipped. They advertised a price but you have to pay an additional $1300 package that they put on all their cars regardless if you want it or not. So the posted price was fraudulent because it actually should have included what they were adding. The purchaser does not have the option to refuse the window tint for $1300.They said the vehicle would be shipped to the dealership in a few days. They, at first, offered us a an absurdly low and offensive trade in value for our car which we knew they would turn around and sell for at least 8K to 9K over what they offered. We told them that we got another offer for trade in for almost 3k more so they changed the trade in value offered but then they would not offer any discounts on the car we wanted to purchase. We really wanted the color and year of the Toyota so ended up signing a contract and paying a deposit with the promise that our car would be at the dealership by 13th. Today is the 21st of May and the car is still in *******. They cashed our check we paid the deposit with and are returning the funds. We basically wasted a whole day and almost a week and a half waiting for a car that should never have been advertised until it was in stock and for a price that was misleading. This dealership is what gives used car sales managers a bad reputation, and we left messages for the managers and our salesman said they would call but never received a call back. The sales man was kind but really had no control of the situation. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville.

    I called to have my truck repaired for rodent damage on my trucks wiring harness. I went thru insurance and scheduled a tow. I made a mistake and had the vehicle towed at the wrong Toyota dealer in Grapevine. I reached out to ******** and he was kind enough to cover the tow to his dealership, Lone Star Toyota. Although ******** was out the day the truck was dropped off, he had me get in touch with Service Manager, ******, who took down my information and delivery of my truck. I stopped by the following day because ******** had reserved a loaner vehicle. Immediately upon arriving, *************************** my hand and was so professional, informing me of the steps to come. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and didnt skip a beat. He understood that I was very particular and meticulous of my truck, as it was heavily modified. The master technician that ******** got together with, ****, also took his time to look over the truck thoroughly and perfected even the smallest details and modifications that I did to the wiring. ****'s meticulous approach to removing *********** components to access the wiring harness was truly impressive. He took his time to ensure everything was installed correctly and even took the initiative to perfect some modifications I had previously made on my truck. **** also asked ******** to reach out to me and offer wrapping the harness with rodent repellent tape. These guys worked hand in hand as a team. From the moment I arrived, yalls professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident. Special thanks to everyone at the service drive for their prompt and attentive assistance. The seamless teamwork set the tone for the exceptional service I received for my truck! I'll definitely be returning for any future truck repairs, knowing I'll be in the hands of experts who genuinely care. This dealership truly deserves recognition for their outstanding service! Thank you Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville!
