      Is it possible to make this zero stars. This has been a headache. They paid the wrong insurance company and ALSO no email to reach them. They wont send anything in writing. Please avoid.

      Can not get a *** when I ask. Your phone service keeps me in a loop. **************** ***** . If you want a good customer service don't use this lender.

      I had such bad luck with Mr. Cooper several years ago when my loan was transferred to them. I actually refinanced to get out from under their system. And now, a different loan has been transferred. What awful customer service and support this ********************** offers. I call the number on the notice, it verifies my acct info. Then says I need to contact the ********************************* provider and gives me the same number I just called. An hour on the phone trying to get support and ZERO help. If I go on line and enter the new account info it will pull up an old account from years ago that is paid off and no longer active.

      I just had my mortgage switched to Mr ********************** and right from the start the experience has been terrible. I can't get the information I need and their automated system won't let you talk to anyone. I wouldn't recommend Mr ********************** to my worst enemy.

      I am a paying customer that cannot get a live agent on the phone to assist me. The minute that I pressed the option to refinance, a live agent picked up the phone in less than one minute. I really need help from a live person regarding my mortgage and I will continue to try and reach out to Mr. Cooper for help. At this point, I regret that I have a mortgage with Mr. Cooper.

      Absolutely the worst customer service in the business. Phone prompts are embarrassingly bad. How can I get my mortgage sold again!!!

      worst website for communicating w/ company I have ever used. Finally spoke w/ someone about an error Mr ********************** had made and was told I would need to check back in a few days and I would need to contact credit bureaus to determine if I needed to open an action to correct something for which they were responsible. "***, I will ask for your late payment to be reversed". In the meantime they are soliciting me for new business. Really?

      I had to file bankruptcy because Nation aka Mr. Cooper stop applying payments. I hired a lawyer to handle my bankruptcy because of Mr. Cooper. I thought being under bankruptcy Mr. Cooper would finally do good business and apply my payments. No can't trust them. I get notified by my lawyer and is public information. Mr. Cooper has no.idea where they applied 3/25 and 4/25 payments. Theirs agents parking pictures of my house and my credit is even worse because of this. As a disabled veteran of ******* where is the justice? I can't sue the. Mr. Cooper my mortgage company does whatever they want.

      Wish I could give 0 stars. The most miserable experience with a bank/mortgage holder I have ever had. I am fairly certain I have cause for legal action but unfortunately probably not worth the legal fees. Avoid at all cost. I had a Loan Officer sell my loan to these guys and because of this experience I won't ever even use that Loan Officer again to be honest. They didn't pay my property taxes on time and made 0 communications with me despite me reaching out about 10 times over the course of 2 months. No answers, no real responses, no care at all for the customer. They also will charge you a fee for just about anything. Feels like if you breathe too many times with the website open, there will be a fee on the account. No explanations for them either. Just, here's a fee that you owe now. Just whatever you do run from Mr. Cooper as fast as possible.

      No way to speak to a human. The phone system just hangs up on you. Absolutely awful experience. Do not recommend.
