    Do not use this company!I hired them to come in to take a look at the consistent leak that's showing up on our water bill. When we turn off the sprinkler, water leak stops on our bill and that's how we knew it was coming from the sprinkler. The technician came in to do his assessment and told us the water is leaking due to bad control system. We spent hundreds of dollars to change the system (not to mention the hourly fee they charged us for them to identify the leak) just to realize the control system was not the issue. We basically paid for a control system that wasn't the root cause of the issue and yet still have the water leaking from somewhere! They mentioned they will need to charge us again for them to come out and find out where the leak is coming from. It seems like it's hit or miss situation. Pls hire a qualified technician if you are going to charge every time you send someone to find the root cause of the issue or do not charge the customer for the same issue! Not professional at ALL.

    On 4/28/2023 our company was called to this property and at the time the technician "Checked system for leaks ( none detected),Possible failing controller ,Checked 5 zones functioning properly " The technician was at the property approximately 55 minutes of the one hour minimum and charged only the one hour minimum charge. We were called out again on 8/21/2023 to replace the controller with a controller that the customer had purchased. He again checked the system and did not see any evidence of a leak. The customer called again and believed they still had a leak because they had a high water bill. She expected us to come to the home at no charge and repair a leak that she believed she has. We always honor our warranty policy which is very specific. We warrant things that we do and not things that we do not do. We do not warranty the entire system and repair any other items at no charge once we have been to the property. Should we miss an issue and need to return to the property, we no longer charge the minimum hourly rate, charges are based on time and material only. We offered to repair the leak if there in fact is a leak but explained our warranty policy to her and told her there would be a charge for locating and repairing a leak in the system. She believed there was a leak because she was having high water bills, high water bills do not always indicate there is something leaking. The technician did not see any areas of the lawn that appeared to have a leak when he was at the residence. I am sorry this customer was not satisfied with our service however, both times we were called, the tech checked the system and did not find any issues.
