    They came one jan 24 installed a furnance and air conditioner with water heater to be installed on Feb 6th the tech was hervat 1230Pm stayed until 930 pm thr next day we came in from.lunch waled down the hallway then to the bedroom water damage tru out we called them they came out next time trying to fix whatbthey damaged with medivac here we paid them 8000 DOLLARS THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND NEED TO BE REPORTED WE ARE ON A FIXED INCOME AND THIS IS TERRIBLE PLEASE HELP US WE NEED TO BE REIMBURSED NO ONE SHOUKD USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE REPLY we want restituition please for the pain and time henry w***** has a pacemaker and this is terrible for him

    BEWARE - I had a similar experience to the customers below. Very disappointing.****** took 2 months to get my new coil in . During that time, they promised to keep me updated but they did not proactively follow-up with me one time. I called them 4-5 times to obtain updates and I had to beg them to get a tracking number as it had shown being shipped for over a month. "We don't follow up with the manfg company". What?The coil arrived the very day I escalated the issue - ironic. technician came to install the new coil and the coil is obviously not the correct size and not matching the original one. Because now, the coil sits too low, causing the water drain pipe to flow UPwards vs. DOWN. This means the water is not flowing properly and instead, is flowing into my PAN!!!! The technician tried to sell me a float switch (for another $640 bucks) bu the only thing that would have done = turn my unit OFF becasuse I had water in my pan. I never once had water in my pan in the 10 years I lived here... until ****** put the wrong size coil in.So I paid thousands of dollars for a working unit to only be stuck with a unit that is jeopardizing my home and potentially being a catastrophic event (water leaking to ceiling and ceiling collapsing). Not only that, the unit was to be appropriately sealed but check out this crappy seal work. Definitely not A#1 work!!! I sent email to info @***********.com as instructed by customer service. I also sent a note directly to owner, *********************. ********************* never responded. I only had a supervisor of the escalation line call and INSIST the install was "good" and ******* refused to further escalate or get a Supervisor out here to resolve this catastophe. I would proceed with extreme caution using this service because like the other customers in this review, if your install is not perfect, ****** will push back beyond acceptable measures and claim "all good".... yet, they are culpable without a doubt in my mind.
