            After our Dog went missing March 20, 2023 we contacted Dog gone defectives about Tracking our dog, ********************* made ** sign a contract and we were required to make a deposit of $550 with the other $550 owed upon her arrival, the contract said she would spend 3 hours tracking our dog, her dog kept losing the scent and she would have to prod him in the direction to go and she and another older lady she brought barely went into the wooded area where we had told her (before hiring her) was where our dog was last seen, she complained about the brush and thorns which I again I had told her about before hiring her, she only stayed for a short amount of timeless than an hour and only brought one dog, then before leaving she told ** to grill food or try to trap him, we were shocked, I have since found out she does this the majority of the time, her whole business is a scam preying on heartbroken people who have lost their dogs, I am going to tell anyone and everyone I can and I plan on suing for my money back

            Scam!! The owner is highly unprofessional. She spent less than two hours tracking and made every excuse not to continue in other areas where the dog had been spotted. As I'm not a professional tracker, I contacted three other trackers with her 'reasons' and was told they were invalid and that people like her are an unfortunate part of their industry. She won't return calls with my service concerns but instead sends short texts. She charged us $1200 for this service. She should be ashamed of taking advantage of desperate pet owners.
