    THE CONCRETE WAS REPLACED AND NEW ADDITION WAS DONE TO THE ***** AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE AUGUST 18TH THERE WAS NO SPRINKLERS OPERATING WHEN I CONTACTED SPRINKLER REPAIR MAN STATED THAT THE WIRES WERE CUT DURING THE CONCRETE INSTILLATION AND THAT IS NOW COSTING ME 1500$ MESSAGED HIM ABOUT THIS IS DIRECTLY DUE TO HIS NEGLIGENCE NO RESPONSE.

    I contracted to have the old patio removed and a new patio poured. ******************* decided that he would just pour over my old patio. He did not bother to discuss this with me. When I discovered what he was doing, the work was almost complete. I objected but was told that the old patio would give a better foundation. Within 2 weeks, I had significant cracks in the new patio, which continue to grow. Ive not had much experience with bait and switch but this sounds like it would fit in that category.Likewise, concrete work was done on my front porch, and it is very ugly. ***** did not bother to have his people smooth out the new concrete and there are lumps and bumps all over the porch. And now, a few weeks later, I have cracks in that concrete also.***** promised to reimburse me for the poor work on my front porch. As of today, I have not seen a dime. Likewise, when I reported the cracks on the patio, he did not make any offer to even look at the problem. His response was that all concrete cracks. His manner since payment has been belligerent, rude and loud. As a senior lady, it was quite intimidating. He said he didn't need to listen to me because I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about. Timeline:June 6, 2024 Estimate given as follows:$2300 Remove old concrete and replace patio with same size. $500 Resurface front porch to cover up cracks and pilings from foundation work.Drive way also replaced with no issue so far. June 7, 2024 - Work complete. Reported issues with front porch. Was told it would dry fine.June 10, 2024 - emailed his and he offered to reimburse me for the front porch.June 12, 19, 21, 2024 - reached out via email, text and finally phone. Reporting issues with back porch and was yelled at. No date for reimbursement of front porch payment.June 24, 2024 - Contact ***** who said he would bring me the money for the front porch.July 18, 2024 - Letter delivered to *****. I have tracking number.
