Texas tires 11 in Lewisville Texas is a joke. Now it started as pleasant experience but then soon after when I had my
Lift done I noticed my carrier bearing was bad. So called them and let them know about it. The first time they installed the wrong carrier bearing even though the problem slightly went away it was still there. Knowing that I asked them to mark my driveshaft before removing it from the truck I do not believe they did so. So I called them again and let them know the problem was still there a judder in my driveshaft when I accelerate. So everytime I called after that they all the sudden didn't have a mechanic to look at it when I could bring it it. And finally on the day of 11/23/21 I took it in I was suppose to get my free tire rotation that didn't happen they had my truck for 5 hours not one phone call I had to call them. So when I showed up on my lunch break I confronted the so called manager and started asking questions and proceeded to explain to him you guys took my driveshaft out of my truck twice and here I am coming back twice. We'll we had it looked over blah blah blah yeah what about you were suppose to have someone ride with me so o could duplicate the problem. Oh that was a pre existing condition he said I proceeded to tel him no you guys took my driveshaft out twice. So not only did not own up to anything they did they also didn't rotate my tires like they were suppose to. And he proceeded to list off a bunch of stuff that had nothing to do with what I originallly came in for in the first place. So my advice to anyone in the Lewisville area do not do business with Texas Tires on ************ in Lewisville period

Mr. *******, We did suspension work on your vehicle which did not put your driveshaft at an awkward angle so what we did has nothing to do with your "judder". You admitted to having a pre existing issue and asked if we could put a carrier bearing in and we did and you said it got better but its still there. We looked it over numerous times and its mechanical nothing to do with the suspension and you are forgetting to mention I had one of my guys drop you off at home each time or got you an uber. When it comes down to it we did suspension work on your vehicle (3" lift), you took it away from factory specs so not will not ride factory, the "judder" was already there and we put a carrier bearing in as you requested and you said it got better, and we looked it over numerous time and got you home at no charge to you. Also you being a so called certified nissan master tech for over 20 yrs you would be able to figure out this has nothing to do with the suspension lift we did. I apologize I wouldn't pay to have your existing driveshaft issue fixed like you asked but if it's not something we messed up it is not our responsibility.
