              To Whom it May Concern, we have lawfully vacated the premises of Apartment #4110 for The Avenues at Carrollton. Upon completion of vacating, we were notified of a Pet Cleaning Fee being charged by TLC Carpet Cleaning to the Avenues at Carrollton. We have never had a pet in our apartment. In fact, our lease did not include a pet, nor do we own a pet. Upon completion of a Termination Fee and final moveout statement fully paid, including the original deposit, we find this false accusation to be fraudulent, concerning and disheartening. Our expectation is for TLC Carpet Cleaning to cease and desist this action of charging The Avenues at Carrollton under fraudulent and false pretenses made by TLC Carpet Cleaning in the amount of $299.55 for Pet Cleaning. Please note, our attorney has been contacted regarding the above issue. P.S. I spoke with Haley at TLC Carpet Cleaning on 6/8/2021 around 9:58am to confirm that TLC provides services for The Avenues at Carroll
