            I took my car to Lorwentz Automotive yesterday because my steering wheel was vibrating. They called back and told me I needed to replace my rear shocks, get an alignment, replace a headlight, and get new tires (which they do not do). When I picked up my car, my steering wheel was still vibrating. I called them and they could only tell me to bring the car back. I took it this morning to get new tires. The gentleman at the tire company told me I should not have needed new shocks based on my mileage (he was the second person to tell me this). He also told me that rear shocks would not have made the steering wheel vibrate. I do agree that I needed an alignment but that was probably all I needed besides new tires. Once new tires were put on my car, the steering wheel ceased its vibrating. I feel like I was taken advantage of by this company and will not take my car back to them.
