Her genuine, friendly and helpful approach to her work is refreshing and makes the customer feel valued. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role, and it is clear that she is passionate about providing a great customer experience.I was impressed by the follow-up and personal touches that ******* provided throughout the entire process. She kept me updated on the status of my car repair and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work done. I had my car serviced at Caliber Collision from September to December 2023, with Damariea as my service advisor. After being t-boned on the passenger side and sustaining significant bodily injury, I had to leave my car in their care while I returned to ******************* for surgery. Despite ********'s regular assurances of no internal damage, I remained skeptical due to the severity of the impact, which was strong enough to break bones.A month after retrieving my car, the battery light activated. It turned out that my alternator belt was shredded, and I found multiple large bumper fragments near the engine and alternator, remnants of the accident. Since then, the car has had constant issues and is back in the shop. Caliber Collision has not taken any responsibility for these problems. The exterior work they completed was mediocre at best, and my attempts to obtain my service records from them have been fruitless. I have also reported them to my insurance company for mishandling my vehicle. They charged my insurance a whopping $26,000, which only adds to the frustration. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST SENDING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE DUE TO THEIR SLOPPY WORK, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND QUESTIONABLE CAPABILITY TO PROPERLY REPAIR A VEHICLE POST-ACCIDENT.Review from Carolyn M

Went into shop because my insurance carrier was supposed to pay for damage to my car resulting from a Car Wash. When I got there *************************** immediately took the rhetoric of oh no we cant fix this . Im going to write a report and you insurance company wont pay for this. It sounded like he was speaking from personal experience not professional experience. Very rude very **** and very unprofessional. Shortly after my claim was denied. This man and this company were directly at fault for LYING and then refusing to take my claim which was already approved. Dont take your car here. He is a liar and very much not interested in doing good by anyone but himself.Review from Danielle R

***** had me take my car here to get an estimate and repair done due to a car accident caused by their client. Due to the amount of the damages reported by this company, my car was considered a total loss due to a minor fender ******. Mind you there was no damage to the other car, not even a scratch! My car was returned with more damage done and several parts missing. Parts that were stolen and not given back with my vehicle when I picked it up. This company says the damages are more than what they really are so they can collect as much as possible! I have reached out to the place I originally took the vehicle and they tell me they reached out to corporate about reimbursement. Ive called corporate several times now and they do not return my calls. If you want the car parts returned that they took off dont go here either. I am convinced they keep the car parts they claim are damaged because they are not damaged but reported they were to the insurance companies. Why else would they not let you see the damaged car parts that they claim need to be repaired? There are several other issues with this company as well. They dont contact you to let you know what is going on, my car was suppose to be ready for pick up but it was not reassemble and was missing parts that werent even damaged from the accident, getting a hold of anyone is ridiculous and when you do you get the run around. When you call corporate all you can do is leave a message and pray they call you back but they dont. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare!Review from Kendrick M

My experience is horrible. My suv have been at the ****** ** location from Jan. 22 and now it's March 8th. Of 2024. I went to check on my suv there is a orange peel texture on my lift gate and buff marks residue. And they have been telling me they have been waiting on a part to finish my repairs for 2 months. I have been very patient but this is ridiculous. I will not deal with bodyshop again nor recommend anyone. This been a horrible experienceReview from Karl D

Go somewhere else, Caliber collision wasted my time and money. They should NOT be trusted with your vehicle. There is a reason they are not accredited with the BBB. 543 complaints in the last 3 years I only wish I had looked here first!They wrongly collected $811.29 from me I am still awaiting a refund.Insurance has paid Caliber Collision 100% of the bill, and my deductible was waived. No effort was spent looking into this charge, and I was being deceivedtrying to be fleeced for money based on my good nature and trust in the fact that it was a insurance company recommended shop I was told the rear bumper repair, and all of the parking sensors were calibrated and everything was in working order. However, after driving it for 10 minutes I realized the parking sensors didnt work on the front or rear and were not selectable/deselectable with the push button, and there were no error codes present.This repair was not completed as described or billed. This should not be up to the customer to discover the incomplete **********************. Your technicians and managers lack of communication, workmanship and attention to detail is evident.I was told to return to the shop where they could diagnose the problem. Time was then spent diagnosing the issue and calling their calibration specialist. I had now delayed an hour of what should have been a routine customer pick up. I was told that there was an issue with one of the front parking sensors and they would be unable to get my sensors working. I told the manager that I was disappointed with the service that I had to discover the issue with the vehicle, and the fact that he was condescending, **** and tried to shift blame (he even tried to blame me) I told him I wont be returning to the shop.They lost my trust based on the lack of transparency, communication, and technical ability to repair my vehicle.Review from Jennifer. My experience with Caliber in ********** has been nothing short of a nightmare. They did not order the parts for the repair for over a month and when I contacted them, they blamed the insurance company. They have failed to repair the entirety of the damage caused by the animal. Additionally, there are new problems near the site of the damage that were not there when the car was dropped off. However, they refuse all responsibility. The process is opaque; it is extremely difficult to get a transparent answer from management. I highly recommend using another body shop. Go elsewhere.Review from Karen O

Took my **** Chevrolet Silverado **** extended cab in for storm damage on entire right side/ roof, (large tree fell on truck) Dropped off 9/11/2023. Today is 2/23/2024. The Caliber Collision rep..********..assured me she would be in touch. Never got a call/text/email from her. I called each month. She always had some story. I called on January 26 only to discover ******** had quit and they didn't know anything about my truck!!! On February 5th someone called, they found my truck keys in bottom of a drawer, under papers, in ********'s desk. She never did any paperwork or turned anything in about my truck. So now I'm waiting for Caliber to take action. I'm not getting any calls back but they told my ***************** they won't paint because they can't warranty paint. What kind of bs is that!!?! I have horses and it has been a lot of Trouble not having my truck!
