    ***********************, aka Hyper Fox Enterprises, LLC, placed four unauthorized charges of $39.95, beginning in November 2024, on our credit card. We have never heard of this company nor subscribed or purchased products from them.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We have a 90 day no questions asked refund policy, so we have refunded 3 of your charges. Please give 3-5 business days to see it show up in your account. From the complaint, its obvious you were not aware of the membership. You either signed up after purchasing a health product online or via a phone call to your house.  If it were online, the purchase would have most likely been about a month or two ago. We are a Health and Wellness Educational website. We provide a health professional to answer customer emails regarding anything health related. The medical professional can also provide suggestions for a healthy diet for the customer. The site is updated frequently with blogs and health related articles. Tens of thousands of people sign up for the service each year.  Most are very happy with it.  We are sorry that you signed up in error or, if there was fraud of some sort, we recommend that you cancel your card as soon as you see the refund hit your account. If you have already canceled the account, please let us know so we can send you a check. This can happen, and because of that, we make sure to stick to the no questions asked refund policy. I personally went in the system today, and made sure that you had been removed from any type of re-billing. You will not see a charge from us again.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business said that if our credit card is cancelled, which we had to do because of its fraudulent charges, we should contact them and they will write us a check. One reason we contacted BBB was because we found it impossible to contact the company. If the company is sincere about its offer, it would provide specific contact information.

    This company fraudulently came up with my credit card information and made a charge without me ever contacting this company.I would like to know how they got this information. I did not make a purchase with them. The first I heard about this fraudulent charge was from my banks fraud department.

    My information fraudulently obtained tried to charge my cash app debit card $39.95 , for a service i never subscribed to . When i called their customer service to find out what was going on they asked for my name and zipcode which i only gave my last name because i wasnt giving any information they can use to try again to fraudulently charge me again . Ultimately they didnt need my zipcode , they had my full previous addresse full name and cash app card number which they attempted to charge $39.95 this morning for a subscription i never signed up for or even went on their website. I Ultimately was forced to cancel the subscription i never subscribed to with cancelation # *******sg3. I didnt want to cancel , i wanted my information removed from their database but the only way they would do so was by canceling what i never initiated. I would like to know how they obtained all personal information as i believe they are here for one reason only to scam people out of money for subscriptions that were never authorized

    I was charged a monthly fee of $39.95 from ************************* I have never, nor would I ever sign up for a service such as this. I called their customer services and was promptly refunded however my concern is their ability to charge a recurring monthly fee without full disclosure of the customer. I have ordered nothing that would automatically enroll me in their services.

    I received a charge on my credit card for a membership that I never signed up for. I would never purchase this service, have never searched for this service, have never agreed to a trial membership of this service, have never heard of this company and I certainly have not given my credit card information to a company with permission to charge me after a trial period. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because Holistic Health seems impossible to get ahold of.

    I continue to be charged every few months from this company. I have never, nor will I ever sign up for any "service". I have email documentation going back two years that verifies this company has continually charged me AFTER being told to cease and desist. I was just charged again for $39.95 for what I do not know. Have already reported to my financial institution. Have already contacted the business, AGAIN and requested an immediate refund. Business is a front for operation out of *******, ***********, I know this from the multiple times I have had to contact to demand the fraudulent charges reversed. Operator "***********************" refused to provide business license number, alternate phone number, or address in ***************. Can someone with the BBB please assist me with this, it is getting tiresome to have to cancel my credit cards each time and go through an entire ordeal to be refunded. Thank you for the assistance.

    After finding my deceased family members banking information, I'm calling around to cancel and adjust finances. I saw a recurring charge from Holistic. Going back further, I found that the charges started in August, 2 months before my family member died, when they were already in the hospital. They had no access to make this purchase and when I called to cancel and get a refund for services clearly not utilized and fraudulent purchases, the employee stated they could not provide more than a 3 month refund. When I pressed to speak with a manager to explain the situation, they emplyee said their manager had approved a 5 month refund. When I asked again to speak with a manager, the employee said none were available, not even the one that had approved the 5 month refund. The employee said they would forward my request and someone would get back to me within 72 business hours. I repeated what the employee said to me, that someone would get back to me within 72 hours and that's when the employee said they were just trying to get me off the phone and could not guarantee anyone would contact me. I looked on the website for an email to try and contact a manager but the email bounced. The charges began in August last year, when my family member was hospitalized and without the ability to sign up for this. He died 2 months later, still in the hospital.
