Stay away from this place. I have never met someone as rude and passive aggressive as Yuri in my LIFE. I have service dog that travels with me. I went in on a Wednesday afternoon for a fill and by Friday morning I had clumps of lash extensions coming out. I snapped a pic on fluorescent lighting which cast a small shadow of the lash extensions. I call Saturday and the other girl answered the phone and she was really nice and said no problem come in they would fix for free. When I get there Yuri starts blaming me that I must’ve done something. Worked out. Went to a sauna. I said no I didn’t, I take very good care of my lashes. I can make my lashes last almost 3 weeks. I wash and clean them everyday. I never douse them in water, I use a rag to wash my face so I don’t get water on them. I said I think maybe the extensions were too long. She said I used a smaller size when she in fact did not. I can show pictures of before and after and they are definitely longer. I also had a CC curl and she admitted they were D curl. So it wasn’t what I had on, or even close. She began to passive aggressively insult me so at that point I just said well that’s fine you can just refund me. That’s when she got really upset. She actually shhhshed me like I was a child. We get to the front and she asked how much I paid; I said $95. She said I’ll give you $50 back. I said no that is not ok. I paid you $95 and it lasted less than a day now I have to go find someone who will fill them. She says all you do is blah, blah, blah. I just stared at her in disbelief utterly shocked and she then retorts “are you ok? I mean seriously, are you ok? Is something wrong with you? Do you take medication?” And she looked at my service dog. I asked her multiple times for a receipt and she refused to give me one just saying it will be there in a little bit. Square will automatically send you a text when something is refunded which I never received. I called my bank who also verified she never refunded a cent. Yet she told me that “money was no worries to her” so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. At this point I’m filing a complaint with not only BBB, but also the Department of Justice ADA section for violating federal law questioning me if I were on medication. I mean what type of person says that to someone who is disabled?! She is lucky at this point if I don’t sue for the humiliation of her comment regarding medication for my disability. Btw I sent the pic of my lash chunk that fell out, the one I showed to Yuri which she said I yanked out myself (bc that makes sense), to my old lash artist who had a group of lash artists look at the picture and every one of them could tell it was a shadow and not my eyelashes. The lashes are terrible and the quality of products are even worse. I should’ve known when she poured glue on my eyes and they started burning. Do yourselves a favor and get lashed somewhere else.
