New home owner, about a week of having the home, the shower from upstairs created a flood in my kitchen, Water was coming out from the vent and light fixtures. Roof started cracking. Carpet from upstairs got wet. Water was coming out of the foundation outside. Contractor says that I just need to air out my carpet as if mold isnt going to be created. They want to put paint over the water damage again as if mold isnt going to appear. As an asmtico person, this is unacceptable. Damage cant just be covered up. Roof and side wall need replacing, shower removed to check the extent of the damage. I bought a new home, not a wet moldy home. Contractor said it was a faulty faucet, plumber said there was a missing part, who has the correct issue? How did inspection miss that? Are inspectors being paid to lie?

Purchased home in 4/2024. Problems noted before closing were told it would be fixed by ****** and ***. Problems have yet to be fixed. Ariva Homes knows of issues. 2-10 home warranty is no help. ARIVA HOMES now contracted us with ******. Contractors as well as ARIVA HOMES will ignore issues. Appointments will be set and they will not show up. We have had issues such as AC leaking in house, doors needing replacing, fences falling apart, tiles needing replaced, grout coming apart everywhere incluiding in showers. I do not have enough space to list all the problems here. They know of the issues, the company officials know of the issues and refuse to comment or communicate. I have requested meeting multiple times and have been ignored. Would not recommend this company as they have poor work ethics and do not care about their customers at all.
