    Booked a limo bus over a week in advance. Provided schedule with timing and full addresses for each stop. We were to depart our hotel at 0830 on 4/12. I expected the bus to arrive by 0815, so we could load and leave by 0830, as the agreed schedule said. The driver arrived at 910, 40 minutes past the departure time. Nearly an hour later than a prudent arrival time. We kept our prospect's CEO and COO waiting for nearly an hour. We kept 2 teams of associates waiting for ah hour at 2 different warehouses for the guided tours. Because we were so late, we didn't get to have lunch with them. I'm hoping we don't lose the business because of their poor service. I called and asked for an adjustment to my bill, for the poor service. I asked for an apology and a 15% discount. After much prodding, I received an insincere apology without any ownership. I was told they can only adjust a recent bill. This hapoened yesterday. I'd still like to see an adjustme to my bill, of at least 15%. On-time service seems the bare minimum for a limo bus service. They did not fulfill their contract.

    We had a horrible experience on December 22, 2022. I would not recommend this limo service. We had an inexperienced driver. We booked the service for **************************************** *************. We could not connect to the Bluetooth and the driver couldn't help ** to connect. The driver was from ************** and did not know the Dallas ***** The driver was using Waze for directions. We tried to help him guide through the neighborhood. Three people in our group became car sick. We had to stop in ********************* and wait for a car service to pick them up and take them back home because they were so sick. This was about 40 minutes into our ride. It was like riding on a roller coaster. I have never been so disappointed and shocked this could happen. The driver was very reckless and we felt very unsafe. I would not recommend this company. I have called several times and no response from the company. With prom season coming up I want to make parents aware of this. Do not use this company.
