            On April the 14, 2021 I took my care into ********* Tire and Auto shop in *********, Tx on ***** ************. I took my car into the shop due to it shaking and to get preventive maintenance work done. This consisted of an Oil change and a Tune- up. The mechanics at the shop told me the shaking was due to needing a wheel Bearing and Outer tie rods which i paid to get done. He told me my car was done and to come pick it up. As soon as i did it was still shaking and I brought it back and they said "we forgot to tighten the tie rods". After a day I called back to let him know the car was still shaking and the Oil light came on and car was running hot now. "He says you have an oil leak" I brought it back again and he says you need a Rack and Pinion and a coolant line. went and bought parts and he worked on it again. Told me it was done. I picked the care up and 20 min after driving it shuts off in the middle of road. Took it back now I need an alternator he says. Car is still broke.

            They have horrible customer ********************** and the wait time is 1hr to 1:30. They will skip your car even when you tell them you was the next car. Highly do not recommend ever stopping for a tire there. They are always short staffed
