We bought a pool with Premier Pools and Spas for which we paid around $120K when the 'majority' of the work was completed last Summer 2022. We knew that the pool was going to take long but we were ok with it since we would get to enjoy it by ~August 2022. The work including the deck all around the pool, and proper draining around the deck. 10 months after we paid in full... our pool is still not in proper working condition. The 4 jets that are outside the pool that should go into the pool did not work, and after 2 months of delays of a parade of project managers going to 'check' the jets they realized the pump installed did not provide enough pressure for the jets, so they had to install ANOTHER pump to get the jets going. Three jets worked, one still didn't, that was another 3 months to get someone to figure out what was wrong..they went from blaming us for having pool toys in the tool that potentially clogged the yet to realizing that the piping was done incorrectly, which they then had to re-do all over again. Once they did, the 4th jet worked but sprayed water all over the place, which they figured was a broken nozzle...and when they tried to fix that, jet #2 stopped working. So here we are, 10 months after paying in FULL with no working jets. And Premier Pools just turned this over to their warranties team, which should not even fall under warranty because the warranty should not kick in until 100% of the pool is delivered in proper working condition. We've had 4 project managers come and go from the company, and we keep getting cancelled appointments and promises of the work getting fixed soon, but jets still don't work.
