This company is continuously spamming my company with unsolicited emails.Every time it's requested to end the emails, the system says we are not on their list.I want to know where this company obtained our information and why we keep getting sent this endless nonsense.Business Response

I am being inumdated with SPAM emails from this organization. The "unsunscribe" link somethie doesn't connect to anything and/or when I do get through to the unsubscibe link, the request seems to be being ignored. This issue has been reorpted to BBB before and the company essnetially said "sorry," but doesn't seem to have corrected the problem. I don't need Athrozene nee support nor do I need any sort of sleep aid. Please make it stop and let your "marketing partners" know that I do not want to be on any sort of marketing list for any of Fisico's products or any ony else's products that they represent!Business Response

Hi Artemis,
Thank you for alerting us to the problem and for speaking with **** on our team this week. As discussed, you are not a customer and have never purchased a product from us. However, you have been received promotional emails for our products in the form of email spam with no option to unsubscribe. These are not sent by us directly but by some of our partners.
Thanks to you, we have resolved the issue, removed these partners from our network of affiliates and are implementing a third party service that verifies unsubscribe links are working if anyone is to send emails promoting our products.
I am sorry for our experience but am very glad you reach out, worked with us and we were able to resolve it.

I am no longer receiving spam emails in their organization's name.

We would like to address the concern. Please note that we received a chargeback from the customer before we could even ship the order afterwards the customer reached out to us about the status of the order and we replied to her that we had to cancel the shipment due to the filed dispute. When the result of the case was released, we have refunded her accordingly.

We understand that some customers might not be 100% satisfied and this is why we offer our unconditional money back guarantee which in your case was for a period of 9 months from the purchase date. Your full refund was already issued on 9/26. We have not received the return package in the mail yet. There are severe delays with the postal services so thank you for providing a tracking number for your return. This always helps speed things up.
