We will gladly exchange any damaged cubicle cards or other visual aids products sold, or refund the difference in cost for the damaged goods.
For professional consulting services and penetration testing, we will work mutually and in good faith with the Client to ensure an agreeable outcome is reached that satisfies both parties in the event services have been rendered. In the event a contract for services is cancelled, or the work has yet to be performed, we will cancel the services minus an early cancellation fee or administrative fee.
