              This shop has given me the run around with my vehicle since this past November. Every time I call to get an update it is always a different story I receive. The lady that works at the front desk always has an attitude when on the phone. They have failed to give me any updates on my car without me calling them first to see what is going on with it. They have not kept our insurance company aware of any additional parts they had to order as well and was told the car should have already been done. We have not been able to get ahold of the owner for over a month and he never returns our calls. This place is very unprofessional.

              ****************** we are sorry for the inconvenience. So lets start at the beginning were it took your ***************** 3-4 weeks to come look at your car and the Estimator really did not do his job properly so than we waited another 3 weeks for them to come look at your car again. We have no control when ***** will release ********* of back order to finish the job. As in every job there is the chance of hidden damage and than we have to contact the ***************** again and wait for them to come out. I have updated your insurance company as you where informed yesterday from ********************************* from Geico after you made your ****** review.I think maybe you should complain to ***** Corporation as to why they can't produce the parts to finish the job. We will contact you every day till we get the parts delivered
