On December 5, 2024, BBB contacted Onsite Pro Can regarding customer testimonials on their website https://onsiteprocan.com. Onsite Pro Can's website advertised testimonials claiming to be from Google reviews and Yelp. BBB was unable to substantiate the testimonials from Google or Yelp and requested substantiation from the business or to discontinue the advertising.
BBB Code of Advertising states that in general, advertising which uses testimonials or endorsements is likely to mislead or confuse if it is not genuine and does not actually represent the current opinion of the endorser.
On February 4, 2025, Onsite Pro Can modified their website substantiating the testimonials from Google and Facebook.
