5 starsWe had a bit of a ***** start, just getting everyone on the page with what the savings would ultimately be, and getting contracts in place with our service providers, but once things were up and running, we have been seeing the savings we were promised. We have also had good follow up to see how things were going for us, which also is a nice piece of mind that Salt Group continues to keep us on their radar in providing continued customer service, should we need it. :)Review fromJamie S

4 starsThis was the first time using The Salt Group for identifying parcel, sales/use tax, and alternative fuel tax savings. Our consultants were professional and fairly knowledgeable. We did run into a few issues. However, The Salt Group did investigate and correct the issues. The process was fairly easy and would utilize their services in the future.Review fromJohn G

1 starAfter I graciously took an in person meeting with the group, the rep was very pushy. Before leaving he wanting to set a date for starting the service. In a follow up, I let them know my company was not interested in their services. They are now calling repeatedly, multiple times per day. I have left a message with the corporate office who did not pick up the phone when I called. Not to say the services are not of value, we actually use a similar service so I was curious to compare, but they can't take no for an answer. It is very unprofessional in my opinion.

1 starwhile the service they are trying to pitch can be useful, their appointment setter called from a suburb of *******, the sales rep disclosed they record all conversations, i explained that was an issues as ******** is a two party consent state. quickly blamed the phone system and that they only call out of *****. i would say all lies. i sent him an email from the phone number and asked for a boiler template contract and its been crickets. they break the law and then lie about what they are trying to do. the appointment setter didn't know my industry and told me there were new rebate incentives due to recent legislation. all lies again. do not use them. do not trust them. they will use this website as a marketing tool as well. all refunds are based on future projected benefits and not realized benefits.The SALT Group

5 starsGreat group. We used them to look into some inflated contracts with our waste and uniform vendors. Found some significant savings for **. Will look into using them with our freight carriers in the future.
