In June 2023 we purchased a new mobile home at Castleview ** Park from *********************** who works for ********************* LLC. On December 5th, 2023 @ 9:25am I received a text from the park Manager "*****" that our water would be shut off temporarily. It has now been 2 months and 2 days we have had no water/sewage in our home and had not been provided a reason or timeframe of when water would be back on. Without any information or help from the park Manager, I moved forward to investigate why this was happening and discovered there was a report to ****** services regarding the Castleview which was forwarded to *********************** at Burnet ****************** Services for investigation upon which it was found that Castleview ** Park had no approved OSSF (septic) facilities approved for their location and also no approved Public Water Supply. At that time the park was ordered to issue a boil water notice which we never received or were told about. Furthermore, upon contacting ****************** I was also advised there was an ongoing case against Castleview by Deputy ******* @Burnets *************** *************) involving the unauthorized discharge of sewage at this location. Presently we have still not been updated or given any Infromation on when we will have access to these services again. This situation has caused hardship on our daily living having to transport water on a daily basis to be able to cook, clean and wash dishes, go out and pay to do our laundry, drive out to the ** side restroom facilities & so on. In addition, we have had trouble with our power due to a manufacturer problem (per *****) where the electrical box was replaced and yet again we are back with the same problem having to use our propane grill to cook, and half the house not having power, no heating/cooling. Living here has been a disaster and we are seeking monetary compensation for the amount we have put into this home as well as termination of this loan contract.
