    These folks offer first class service. The amount of prep work they do to prepare your house for painting is astounding. **** provided great details when giving us a quote and answered all of our questions. Ill be using Platinum Painting for all of my painting projects going forward.

    Please save your money company will not stand behind their services. Wrote letter below to owners and absolutely no response. *** and Mrs. ************ been loyal Platinum Painting customers for many years and feel obligated to share our most recent experience with your team. The first time we hired Platinum Painting was in April 2010 to paint our media room. The second time we used your services was October 2020 to paint the kitchen. Then January 2024, we hired the company to paint out entire home inside and outside including the inside of the garage. The primary reason we continued to stay loyal to the company was the excellent services provided during the first two jobs. The experiences were so positive that weve referred several friends and neighbors over the years.Unfortunately, the most recent job was a completely different experience. We originally had a hair line crack in the garage sheetrock wall, and we paid Platinum Painting to repair the crack and repaint. Approximately two months ago, we noticed the crack reappeared so I called to schedule an appointment. Friday, November 15th ***** **** stopped by to look at the crack, and his manager told him do not repair or repaint anything. The message ***** passed along from his manager was, we dont owe them anything since it is a foundation problem. I was completely shocked especially since ***** confirmed the wall had the original tape so when they were here in January they only repainted the wall no sheetrock repairs were done. I asked ***** the name of his manager, and his actual words to me he did not want me to provide his name to you. In all my years, I have never encountered this type of customer service from a company. It was especially astonishing considering we spent over $15,000 with your company for this work to be done right.

    We regret that you feel this way.  As previously communicated to you, our terms and conditions specifically exclude coverage for foundation movement or settling cracks under our warranty.  However, in the spirit of goodwill, we agreed to address the cracks.  On the scheduled service day our crew encountered a confrontational situation with you which led us to decide not to proceed with the service.

    I honestly do not believe ***** said it was a confrontation situation. Only conversation we had was ***** telling me it was the original tapping and his boss said do not repair or replace. I asked ***** who is your boss. His statement back he did not want me to give you his name. I did not ask any more questions. As I have explained this is a company who will not stand behind their work. Definitely no confrontation only poor quality work which was questioned.

    This is a heartfelt thanks to *****, ******, ****** and **** and at platinum painting. We recently bought an outdated house with hideous floor to ceiling wallpaper. I called 4 painting companies to get rid of it. I'm so glad we picked Platinum painting. ***** ALWAYS personally answered the phone. He never gave me a sales pitch - only important information, including answers to my long list of questions about the process.....Peeling off the wallpaper by hand, repairing the drywall, applying an oil based sealant, texturing the wall, and priming and painting. The crew arrived every morning at 8am sharp and worked until 6pm. They were courteous, meticulous, as if our house was their own home that they wanted to beautify. Most incredibly, the pricing was extremely fair and budget-friendly. It's an absolute no-brainer which painting company we'll use in the future. ***** and the crew are the rare gems in an industry where integrity is so hard to find nowadays. Thank you so so so so much.

    The work was very good. However, in good conscious, I cannot write a good review or recommend them to anyone after someone on the crew stole over $5,000.00 in jewelry from our master closet, which was not part of the project. It is just my wife and I, and no one has been in our home recently. The jewelry was there before they showed up and was gone after they left. I contacted the company and filed a complaint. They investigated and said none of the crew had been in the closet. This was a lie because they put 4 pieces of furniture in the closet. Again, they said they would look into it and call me back the next day. Two weeks have passed, and they are ghosting me.

    We are pleased that you are satisfied with the work. As far as the jewelry is concerned, we adamantly deny that we took anything.  In the 15 years that we have been in business, we have never had one incident of theft.  Furthermore, we are not avoiding you. Our Director of Sales contacted and spoke with you twice last week and once this week.  As he mentioned to you, we have no reservations working with the proper authorities on this matter if you choose to proceed down that avenue. We strive our best to maintain a professional and ethical relationship within our company and with our customers.

    ********** BUYER BEWARE ***********If you are looking for an upstanding, professional, stand behind our word company then KEEP LOOKING cause this one is NOT it.After the initial paint job, it took 3 additional visits just to get the paint job finished properly and correctly AND I am still waiting on the cedar shutters that were part of this agreement.The salesman and owner both left me high and dry claiming that was not in the companies scope of work.Needless to say, we are going elsewhere for the gutters and will be spreading the word on this unprofessional, unethical, untrusting and extremely questionable company.If you are currently working with them, I highly recommend paying via credit card only, this way you have some leverage when the dispute arises and trust me it will.

    We are glad you are satisfied with the painting portion of your ************** *** were scheduled for your project to ensure satisfaction of the painting. However, per your signed contract, rebuilding of the shutters was not a part of the project. Furthermore, you were issued a refund for the staining portion of the shutters since it was not performed. We genuinely wish you well in working with another company that is more aligned with your expectations for your gutter project.

    Platinum Painting did a great job painting my house. ****** was on time to give me an estimate as were the workers the day of the job.I will use them again and would recommend them to my friends.I liked them so much, I'm having them put rain gutters on my freshly painted house.     Buyer beware! They use subcontractors who are NOT licensed or insured. False advertising. Their ad says, "Fully insured," but apparently not their subcontractors. I had a sales rep come out, *******************************, to look at my whole house project. I was then told I would receive a quote the same night or first thing in the morning. Finally received the quote, although not as timely as expected. The price was more than others; however, with the 15% coupon, they were more in line with other quotes. Of course, makes me think that they increased their price to compensate for the coupon since the other companies did not need a coupon. I was then sent a final quote after I requested one additional repair and was told I needed to sign the quote to reserve our dates. I reviewed the paperwork and noticed that in very small print, the paperwork says, "We use professional subcontractors." Using subcontractors is not an issue, but since I am an attorney, I wanted to make sure the subcontractors were licensed and insured. I send an email to Cristian and when I finally get the response back, after hours, his emails states, in part, "After reviewing your project, we may not be a good fit for you." What? Is that Platinum's way of saying they do not have insurance on their subcontractors? I send Cristian an email asking for clarification. I tell Cristian that I just want to make sure the workers are insured because I do not need someone who gets hurt filing a claim against my homeowner's insurance policy. Well, Cristian ghosts me. On Mon Aug 8, I call the main number and leave a message for a manager or the owner. I also send an email to the business office to the email on their website. On Tues Aug 9, I call in the middle of day (1:45 pm) because I haven't heard from anyone, Cristian or the business office, and no one answers the phone. I leave another message. As of this posting, no one has bothered to call back or reply to my emails.

    The Owner, ********************, posted this same reply everywhere where I posted my review. She refuses to acknowledge that her subcontractors do not have insurance, and does not apologize for her company's actions in not replying to emails or returning phone calls. Instead, she apologizes for how I'm feeling. I do not need an apology for being frustrated, I will feel how I want to feel. Consumers need the truth and if Platinum Painting is advertising that they are "fully insured," yet they send subcontractors into your house who are NOT insured, this is false advertising and a violation of the ***** Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Fortunately for me, I did not hire them.
