This company was sent to me through American Home Shield. After coming to my house because my AC was not cooling, they determined that the furnace control board needed to be replaced and proceeded to charge me $1075 for a new furnace control board. When the guy came out and installed it, it blew and shorted out. Then a salesman from service one. Air contacted me and told me that it would be better to get a new furnace and AC and said they would deduct what I spent on the control board but if I used another company, I would not get the almost $1100 refunded. I got a second opinion and was able to get a new motor and control board for $795 total from another company.They did profit from me and price gouged to me. I also do not recommend American Home Shield at all. They are useless..

After reading very recent reports and complaints, I can totally understand why I have been through **** and highwaters. This company was sent to me through ******** HOME SHIELD and I did not have a choice, after multiple complaints to the company and ******** HOME SHIELD, ** RESOLVE . I was talked into purchasing a new unit because through my home warranty, because each year I would pay hundreds of dollars for freon and repair X 5 YEARS. I was talked into purchasing, through ** education by ******* at this company, in replacing the inside and outside unti, being the best rout. After being just sick of paying every year, I trusted that he was honorable and the company knew what they were doing. WELL, that is simply a lie from ****. It has been over 1 month of staying in and out of hotels, staying in and out of my home, a home that is hott most of the time. AFTER complete disgust, I spoke with several individuals OVER *** OVER again, with no resolve. The BR*** *** unit has not worked successfully, since they put it in OVER A ***** AGO with a cost close to $12,000. The owner ***** expressed concern but felt and still feels more like a "run around" but continues to send us back to the scheduler to fit us in for another technician to come out and guess what is wrong. ** since of *******, no EMPATHY, just giggled it off likes it was not a big deal. This has been the worse ordeal me and my family has EVER been a part of. AS A ********, I am going to fight this out day by day because if not, I lose all of my money and I simply can not afford to do that. *** please lets talk about the ***************** that I paid for and this is apparently the saving grace that ensures that they have to come out and attempt to figure out what is wrong but again, ** RESOLVE (** professional knowledge of what the issue might be, its only a guessing game). The technicians have been out over 6 times in 1 month, "guessing this and guessing that" with additional price tags offered with each guess, ******* I REFUSE ** ***. CROOKED is the name of this game, and *** is what I am feeling and experiencing. ** INSPEC**R out, as of today, because it will not pass obviously. ** sincere apologies, just " We will put you on the schedule. WHERE are the laws that protect consumers from this continued ordeal and injustice. After my husband continued to ask the technician to check the freon, it was dismissed BECAUSE IT WAS A SO CALL "*** UNIT" . My husband researched out with 3 different companies and it ****** came back that the filter is bad or there is ** *****..... After my husband DEM***ED they recheck the *****... Guess what: The technician stated, It was not sautered correctly and the freon leaked out...Well, we are now at July 2, 2021 and guess what Its FROZEN again, even with the sautering and added ***** and *** Board, that I never asked for, just another guess, and guess what IT IS ***** FREEZING. JULY 2, 2021 I have yet another technincian at my home attempting to figure it out...AS A ********* WORKER, I am tired mentally and physically and I still have to come home to yet another **** HOME. ****** ******* GIVE ME SOUND ADVICE ON HOW ** H***LE THIS INJUSTICE, EVEN IF IT REQUIRES LEGAL **TIONS.......******
