We had a little tornado/funnel cloud that hit our area and decided to blow over our fence (breaking ~12 fence posts entirely) and knock off a fair number of shingles. Advantage Roofing was on our roof immediately to tarp over damage sections and make sure we didn’t get any further damage due to rain etc. We had our insurance company come out and Advantage Roofing made sure to be at the appointment and inspect entire roof with insurance adjuster to ensure all damages were correctly noted. This helped make sure the claim went through all at once with no further rounds of back and forth or supplemental claims needed. They were able to completely tear off our old roof and replace with new roof the very next week. They had the whole old roof off extremely quickly, nailed down new roof, and used a magnet to carefully clean up our entire yard etc to ensure no stray nails were left for kids/pets to step on. They made sure our home wasn’t a lingering construction zone and got the job done quickly. I was extremely pleased with the speed, quality, and professionalism of the entire team. We suffered no water damage thanks to their quick action on tarping the roof and communication with insurance company including getting back the depreciation from insurance company was all handled very smoothly. They made sure to properly replace the roof as per HOA rules and with proper colors and quality shingle materials. They use hand-nailing method resulting in properly nailed down shingles and switched us over to roofline vents to make sure our attic has good ventilation in the summer. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.
