    "I had a very poor experience with this general contractorBe warned , poor workmanship , and in the end , you will acquire a “ change order “ contract in addition to the contract that you signed off on to begin the job. These “ so called changes “ were never even discussed by owner , Todd REMOVED to me , totaling over 10kI ended up paying for them because I was threatened by he and his wife , his business office manager , that they would ruin my credit and place a lien on my home !" ...
