We love our pool, but the installation that was managed by Luis *********, unfortunately, ruined the entire experience for us. There was poor communication regarding installing the pool, a 24 foot long extra box of parts (heavy!) that was misdelivered to our address that is still sitting in my front yard 8 months later, and many other issues ranging from mild inconveniences to my entire yard being completely torn up by the installers (well beyond what would normally be expected during a pool installation). Yes, Leisure Pools said that the installer was a separate entity and not a representative of the Company, but I expected some level of response and professionalism from someone they referred me to. Overall, it was our only option for getting a pool installed in 2020, and I'm grateful that we got it done. However, I would appreciate more communication and problem resolution from Luis ********* and Leisure Pools regarding the remaining items in my yard. I've requested $400 to have a junk man haul the items away and have been referred to Michael ********** from *** ***** **** ******, who has been equally unresponsive and ineffective. This lack of interest in wrapping things up with the project, for me, has soured the whole experience. I'd like $400 to have the junk removed and would like to move on from this.
