    Every time I have been to ***, I have had problems. The first time I went they recommended a service which I ended up doing costing me over $800. But when I got home I discovered that in the paperwork, the recommendation range is 20-50%. I can’t think of a single thing that I would replace when it was 50% used, and I believe the service salesperson purposefully did not show me the page with that information. The second time I was there I brought my car in for an oil change and to fix the recall on the bumper. I was told it would take 2 hours. I waited for 2 ½ hours then asked what was happening. I was told they had completely overlooked my car and the work had not been started yet. In compensation, the service manager gave me a free car detailing. Last week, I went online to schedule the detailing, and after speaking to someone online, we told I would receive a call to schedule the appointment. I was called on the 27th and spoke with someone who scheduled the appointment for Monday, September 2nd. I asked specifically if they were open because it was a holiday. They told me that the cashier would be closed, but after speaking to someone told me that since I had the coupon for the free detailing that it would be fine. I went in at the schedule time on Monday and discovered that the only department open was the sales department. They had a record of calling me on the 27th, but no record of what was discussed. As I told the manager on Monday, my mom has already begun servicing her car at Don McGill Toyota because of the treatment she has received from ToK. I don’t want to go all the way to Wilcrest because it is inconvenient for me, but ToK is making it hard for me to justify coming to them when there seems to be an issue every single time I go for service.

    The warranties applied to the parts for the car seem like a scam, I had purchased a battery from them with 100% guaranteed warranty for a new battery for four years. They then told me after bringing in the old battery they refused to give me a new battery and offered me a 50% coverage instead since the "battery prices" went up. They practically wasted almost an hour of my time since they agreed to give me a new battery at first when walking in but after an hour of waiting the service lady came back saying her boss declined it and refused to give me a new battery. Please be aware that they absolutely do not keep their word with warranty parts.

    I had a brake job done on all FOUR Wheels. A TOTAL BRAKE JOB
    All four wheels had plastic wheel trim damage
    and paint damage done by an air gun lug nut remover.
    POOR WORKMANSHIP LOUSY ATTITUDE

    It's great when you walk in, but once you purchase the vehicle, they forget all about you. It is not personal at all. There are too many people handling one transaction. I walked in talking to a woman, then she said she would be right back, and 2 men came back. One in finance and the other was a sales guy name Carlos.

    I bought a brand new 2023 Toyota Rav4 limited from this dealership and it has been a nightmare since day one. The carplay does not work at all when I try to use google maps, the audio in the car is horrible and the volume turns up and down on its own, the screen will also turn off and reset our of nowhere. I brought the issues up to the service department and they took my car in twice both times for a month. Today they called me to pickup my vehicle and they informed me that there was no solution to the issues on my car and that they were sorry but I needed to take my vehicle and they could not do anything else. I feel unsafe driving the car and Toyota did not offer any solution to the issue they sold me a car with defects, meaning they do not make sure that there vehicles are functioning properly before selling it to you. It is a shame and I feel that I am being treated unfairly.
    I also noticed scratches to the doors in my car after picking it up from service, they also ran my car thru the wash with a window open. Please do not buy from this location they do everything to SCAM you with the prices and are very nice to you until you sign that contract.

    I and my wife when at this dealership with ZERO Auto financing and Leasing Knowledge.
    Our experience with this Dealership was the worst experience in our entire marriage life we’ve ever had I’m been very very serious.
    This is what happens:
    1: I look up this Toyota BZ4X 2023 at 6am with the amount of 37k plus.
    2: I showed the car to my wife and she said that she liked the car and we decided to book appointment around 9am and I booked the appointment for 3 to 4pm on 11/10/2023.
    3:After I booked the appointment with this Dealership by 9am and I decided to go back on the website and get more details about the car, surprisingly the price of this car change from 37k to 46k and I called them and I confirmed them on the issue of car price changed.
    They said that the price on car.com is different from the price on their website and I to them I’m canceling the appointment with them and they said that Toyota will give us 7500k dollars for purchasing new electric vehicle and I told them okay.
    4: I and wife when for the appointment after my wife got off work.
    We carried 4k for down payment and they said that the 4k was small .
    5:This is the Total of the car 52k plus From 37k
    6: 4k down payment and they told us that the 4k is very small for down payment so they have to give us Toyota credit card amount of 2500 dollars to be added to our 4000k
    Our down payment was 6500 dollars plus fake 7500 from Toyota rebate which brought our total down payment to 14k
    7:I talking about Leasing contract for 36 months. And the monthly payment of 757 dollars .
    8: what actually got my attention was the price changing 37k to 46k, salesman bringing 1037 dollars in front of us telling us that this is your monthly payment and your tell me how much your think your can pay per month on a lease not even a financing,
    9: after paying 14k down payment
    10:after paying 27k for 36 months
    11:Balance 21k.
    12: my salesman T.J sold us to his friend because he never had a word to say in the entire conversation.

    Went into Don McGill Toyota of Katy on August 8th 2023. I had an appointment to talk to the Head of financing ended up talking to it a completely different associate. I went with my mom so that she can help me co-sign. They did nine hard pulls on my credit including my mom's. I was never able to test drive any vehicle. The finance Associates told us to go home and wait until the afternoon and he'll get back with me ,they never did. A week went by and they never called me I ended up calling them and still didn't get any answer.
