This is for the service department. I set up an appointment and came at that time. They then told me it would be 5-7 days before they even looked at it. I asked what was the purpose of the appointment then? They couldn't come up with a satisfactory answer. I asked what was it going to be doing for the seven days, just sitting in the lot? The attendant said yes, it would sit in the lot until they cleared everything else and could look at it. As my truck was running fine and it was a superficial issue, I asked why couldn't they put me in the que and then call me when they could look at it at 48 hours? He said it didn't work that way. Yeah, dip, it doesn't work that way because of poor management. It's ludicrous to expect someone to wait seven days before even getting a diagnostic done. If you make a doctor's appointment, they don't tell you to wait in the office for a week. Don't have appointments if they mean nothing. I wasted my time to bring it at the appointed time for them to tell me to wait seven days just leaving my vehicle sitting. Ridiculous.
