In June 2022, I bought (over the phone - NOT over the internet) a 48" **** ****** ***** from these people. It was advertised for a m*** *********** ********** **** - not a foal as indicated on the sheet collar. I measured my mini. She is 48" so would require a 48" sheet. When I received the sheet it did not fit. It was clearly labeled for a foal horse. Completely different size/stature. I notified them with an email of their advertising mistake and subsequently many, MANY follow-up phone calls as well as maybe a dozen additional emails. I clearly told them they had mis-advertised their product and I need to return it. Would they please provide me with a return *** *****. I was finally sent an email with an attachment that I was supposed to print out. I contacted them and told them I didn't have a printer so would they please send me a hard copy, so I can get this returned and get my money refunded. I have been jacked around now going on 4 months and still no hard copy return label from them. I am tired of arguing with this woman. She is rude, constantly interrupting me when I speak and will not assume any responsibility for their advertising error. The sheet cost me $52.64. I just want a refund of my money and a return label so I can send their mislabeled merchandise back. Incidently, they have since corrected their mis-advertised merchandise to now state these are for foals. I had bought other 48" mini blankets for my mini's, which also did not fit but I didn't realize this until long after the return date expired. I didn't think the sizes were also mislabeled on the mini sheets as well, which is why I went ahead and purchased them. I find these people to be unprofessional, deceiving and disrespectful of customers. They need to be well versed in the products they sell and how certain items will NOT fit certain animals and when the customer questions their misleading practices, they should try to accommodate them in a professional manner.
