    This business is terrible. I wished that I would have read the reviews prior to placing an order in October 2024. My wife received 2 skirts that she ordered. It has been a back and forth struggle to get the rest of our order. Finally, in May 2025, they stated that they would refund the difference back to our credit card. They said it would take up to 10 days for the refund to reach out credit card. After a month of no refund, I emailed them and stated that I haven't received my refund. They responded by telling me to file a complaint with my bank.

    Terrible service! I order my item sometime in April, 3 weeks later still didnt receive my order! I messaged them on instagram, which by the way customer service was rude from the start!I asked about my order and why I had not received it, She then said my order was going to be shipped on that following Monday! And I should receive it before the weekend! I never did! I left on vacation for 2 weeks! Still nothing about my item! And a day before I return from vacation I receive an email that my item was cancelled due to it being unavailable! And Still NO REFUND! So I got no item and no refund! This is a terrible company! Very unorganized! A straight Scam! Will never order from this company AGAIN!!! Ridiculous!

    I don’t ever leave reviews but enough is enough. I had problems with this company in the past but after what seemed like a heartfelt apology on social media from the owner, I decided to try again. Bought 2 swim dresses on March 19th, they state a 3-15 day shipping policy. After that time had passed I messaged them. They promised to ship my items the next week, didn’t happen. Again I reached out and they promised it was shipping that week. A tracking number was provided but said package wasn’t delivered to the carrier yet. I didn’t receive my order until May 3rd, AFTER I left for the beach. I messaged for a refund and of course no response.

    The company decided to do what any company would do and that was to refund any items that are on backorder. We no longer want the customers to have it wait. Sorry if that upset you but giving off money back is the right thing.

    She not a good person to order from,I order clothes back in Jan 2025 and its almost 6 months and still hasn't received nothing her attitude is bad,and she always says it's in stock when it's not if I can rate a 0 that's what it would be not a one

    I placed two orders with Jade Mackenzie in early Feb. after seeing a post on FB claiming the skirts were in stock and ready to ship. Her website also states a 315 day shipping policy. That timeline came& went with no updates. When I reached out, I was given vague excuses like "next week" or "waiting for shipments."For almost 3 months, I stayed extremely patient. I was told only one color was out of stock, so I chose a replacement, supposedly in stock, but again heard nothing. I sent multiple emails asking for updates & received more excuses. April 14, I finally received tracking for one order, but the status stayed "label created" for nearly 2 weeks. I kept emailing about my second order, only to get the same vague promises.April 26, I finally received a package, but it was the WRONG color, with a note saying they had substituted it without asking me. That was the final straw. I sent an email laying out the timeline & stated that if the final four skirts werent actively shipped by April 29, I would take further action (filing fraud charges, reporting to the ******************************** posting public reviews). I made it clear I wasnt threatening just informing them of my next steps after months of patience.Shortly after, I received a reply stating " A full refund for not shipped orders will be processed. We are not sure what all was said in your email it was WAY too long to read but weve decided to go ahead and refund you."Rather than addressing any of my points, she sent a flippant, rude response, which matches what many others report in reviews and complaints against this business. No apology, no professionalism.While I did eventually receive a refund, it was never handled appropriately. I had foolishly given her another chance after seeing her public apology video (since deleted), even though her long history of complaints is easy to find.I share this not to tear anyone down, but to warn others. Please be cautious if you're considering placing an order.

    I placed multiple orders with this company. I’ve been inquiring about my orders for months via email privately. It seems to be a pattern of selling skirts they don’t have in stock. It takes forever to receive purchases, if you receive them at all. If you check any website reviews for the company, you will see that’s it’s not a company to trust. I don’t typically post on social media, but I felt I needed to since I was met with such rudeness after trying to resolve the issue privately. Below is the latest response I received from the company. Purchase from this company at your own risk:

    “You will be refunded in the order received. You are free to take this public, to the pope or anywhere else for that matter but you will be refunded when they get to your order which from what I can see is this week. Unfortunately you aren’t in a place to make demands to us.”

    This company is a scam. After you place your order you won’t receive your items. Customer service is arrogant and rude. Selling products they don’t have. Don’t waste your time and money. Shop elsewhere.
